Take a picture of the damaged shipment:
- Outer shipping box with shipping labels, preferably on two sides
- In case of damage to the shipping box, detail of the damage
- Packaging of damaged pieces
- damaged pieces
Email us at email@example.com and attach all the photos you have taken.
Be sure to include your order number and your first and last name so that we can locate your order as quickly as possible. Subsequently, we will contact you regarding the acceptance of the complaint and the method of solution, or we will request additional documents.
We therefore recommend that you do not dispose of the packaging or damaged pieces before confirming receipt of the complaint!
It is possible to claim damaged goods during transport within TWO DAYS OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE PACKAGE!
